Place Vendôme: The Louis Vuitton Carousel

In this festive period, a breath of magic seems to envelop Place Vendôme. The cobblestones of this historic site resonate with a new brilliance, that of the Louis Vuitton carousel, a dazzling marvel installed just steps away from the illustrious boutique. Like an apparition from bygone memories, this multicolored merry-go-round invites passersby to a dreamlike journey, evoking childhood pleasures and the splendors of past festivities.

Visitors can enjoy this enchanted installation until January 1, 2025, from Monday to Friday and holidays from 12 PM to 7 PM, and on weekends from 10 AM to 8 PM. Admission is free for all.

This carousel, with its astonishing menagerie, stands out for its detailed enchantment. An elegant ostrich stands next to a majestic giraffe, while a snail adorned with monogrammed patterns crosses paths with a leopard with striking spots. The gazelle, greyhound, and zebra complete this enchanting tableau, each inviting visitors to a fantastic ride. The windows of Louis Vuitton stores, decorated with the same motifs, seem to come to life, extending this dreamy atmosphere.

With this installation, Louis Vuitton not only revives childhood memories but recreates a tradition, that of the carousel, while enriching it with its inimitable touch of modernity and luxury. Through this work, the brand celebrates not only the holidays but also the spirit of innovation that has always guided its creations.

Each ride on the merry-go-round becomes a journey through time, reminding each of us of the magic of the holidays and the beauty of shared memories. Place Vendôme, thus adorned, remains a living witness to the precious and timeless moments that make the heart of Paris beat.
